摘要
激光多普勒血流监测仪是一种能够实时监测组织内微循环血流灌注的仪器,在临床上应用广泛,但在口腔医学中测定牙髓血流的应用尚处于初级阶段。本文对激光多普勒血流监测仪的工作原理、在口腔医学中的应用、使用的局限性以及影响其结果的相关因素等作一综述。
Laser Doppler flowmetry （LDF）is a semi-quantitative method,which is objective,painless and noninvasive for the assessment of pulp vitality.In this review,the traditional pulpal vitality and sensibility test,LDF and its characteristics,the advantages and disadvantages of the methods and the prospect of LDF are described.
