摘要
目的:探讨低氧诱导分子-1α(HIF-1α)及肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)标记抗原CD68在胃癌组织中的表达及两者间关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测56例胃癌和癌旁组织中HIF-1α、CD68的表达情况。结果:HIF-1α在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为50.0%,CD68在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为42.9%,均明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.01);HIF-1α、CD68与胃癌组织的病理分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);胃癌组织中HIF-1α表达与CD68表达呈正相关(r=0.866,P<0.01)。结论:胃癌组织中HIF-1α和CD68表达明显增高,且两者的表达显著正相关。胃癌缺氧/坏死区域对TAMs有确切的趋化作用。
Objective:To investigate the expressions of HIF-1α and CD68 proteins in gastric cancer and its association with clinicopathological features.Methods:The expressions of HIF-1 α and CD68 were detected by immunohistochemical method in 56 human gastric cancer and adjacent tissues.Results:In gastric cancer tissues,28(50.0%) and 24(42.9%) were positive for HIF-1 α and CD68,respectively.The positive rate of HIF-1α and CD68 in gastric cancer are higher than those in adjacent tissues,and there were statistical significance,The expression of HIF-1α and CD68 are correlated to pathologic stage,lymph nodes metastasis of gastric cancer.The HIF-1α expression was positively correlated with that of CD68 in gastric cancer.Conclusion:The positive expression of HIF-1α is strongly correlated with that of CD68.TAMs mainly infiltrated in tumor stroma by the chemotactic activity of tumor cells in hypoxia/necrosis areas.
