创伤失血性休克限制性液体复苏的治疗进展 被引量:10

摘要 创伤已成为人类一大公害,严重失血是创伤死亡的主要原因,大约占创伤死亡者中的1/3.创伤患者中有大约45%的院前死亡率和55%的住院死亡率[1],造成其死亡的主要原因是失血性休克.液体复苏治疗是重要的治疗手段,近年来随着对失血性休克病理生理过程的深入研究,人们对液体复苏策略的观点从大量液体复苏逐渐转变为早期限制性液体复苏.
