原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤1例并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤（primary thyroid lymphoma,PTL）是起源于甲状腺内的恶性肿瘤,临床上很少见.笔者于2013年6月6日收治1例PTL,对其临床诊断及治疗进行分析,结合相关文献进行复习,以提高对本病的认识. 1 病例介绍 患者女,49岁.主诉因体检发现甲状腺肿块1周入院.查体：气管右偏,颈软,甲状腺左叶可扪及一肿块约2.5 cm×3.0 cm大小,质中偏硬,表面光滑,无明显压痛,随吞咽上下移动,右叶未及异常包块,左颈部触及肿大淋巴结约2 cm×1 cm,质韧,触痛弱阳性,活动欠佳,余未及异常肿大包块.
