老年急性髓系白血病的治疗策略分析 被引量：13

Analysis of treatment strategies for management of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia

摘要 急性髓系白血病（AML）在各年龄阶段均可发病,其中约35％的新发病例年龄在75岁以上[1].强化疗使得≤60岁AML患者的5年生存率达到30％～40％乃至更高,而＞60岁AML患者5年生存率不足10％,60岁是国际上认可的年轻和老年AML的年龄分界[2].有必要对老年AML患者进行危险度分层,选择个体化的治疗策略,以改善其生存和生活质量.我们回顾性分析了我院诊治的除外急性早幼粒细胞白血病（APL）的老年AML患者的临床资料及生存信息,探索其中有预后价值的因素,为患者危险度分层及治疗决策提供依据.
