摘要 原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤（primary central nervous system lymphoma,PCNSL）是指原发于脑、脊髓、眼或软脑膜的淋巴瘤,大多数PCNSL为B细胞起源,形态及病理特征与弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,DLBCL）相似,WHO（2008）造血与淋巴组织肿瘤分类已经将原发于中枢神经系统（CNS）的DLBCL归类为一个独立实体.
