老年移位性股骨颈骨折手术方案的选择 被引量：3

摘要 老年人由于骨质疏松,股骨颈骨折的发生率明显增高,股骨颈骨折容易导致骨不愈合及股骨头缺血坏死等并发症发生[1]。治疗老年人移位股骨颈的手段主要为手术,手术方式有内固定与人工全髋关节置换（THR,total hip replacement）[2]。本文旨在研究老年人移位股骨颈骨折（GardenⅢ、Ⅳ）Ⅰ期行人工全髋关节置换与内固定失效后再行THR疗效,探讨老年人移位股骨颈骨折的治疗方法,现报告如下。
