破裂型腰椎间盘突出后重吸收4例报道 被引量:3

摘要 腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)是骨科常见的疾病,是引起下腰痛及坐骨神经痛的基本病理和主要致病因素。在我国,LDH的发病率较高,约为1%~2%[1],手术治疗一直是主要的临床手段。自1984年Guinto等[2]首次用CT观察到了LDH患者存在腰椎间盘突出组织重吸收现象以来,保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症为临床提供了新的思路。目前,关于腰椎间盘突出重吸收现象的病例报道仍不多见,
