microRNA-21在中枢神经系统疾病中作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 microRNAs(miRNAs)是长度约为19~25个核苷酸的内源性的小分子RNA,通过与mRNA结合来调节基因的转录后表达.miRNAs最早于1993年在线虫中被发现,到目前为止发现的miRNA已经有超过1000种.其中,microRNA-21(miR-21)是miRNAs中最重要的成员之一,也是研究较早、较为深入的miRNAs.研究发现miR-21在肿瘤、心血管疾病、免疫疾病、内分泌疾病和神经系统疾病的发生和发展过程中发挥重要作用.本文主要讨论目前对miR-21的表达调控机制以及在中枢神经系统肿瘤、脑血管疾病、神经退行性病变和脑创伤中作用的认识.
