自体脂肪移植联合肉毒毒素注射在面部轮廓整形中的应用

Application of autologous fat transplantation combined with Botulinum Toxin injection in facial reshape

目的 观察自体脂肪联合肉毒毒素注射在面部轮廓改变中的临床应用效果.方法 对需要改变面部轮廓的求美者进行设计后,采用A型肉毒毒素（BTX-A）行双侧咬肌注射,每侧50 U,总剂量100 U/次.同时分期在颞部、额头、颊部、下颌等处注射自体脂肪.结果 本组共56例求美者,术后随访1～12个月,满意率为80.36％.结论 自体脂肪移植联合肉毒毒素注射用于改变面部轮廓,其创伤小,恢复快,效果好,有着非常好的应用前景.

Objective To observe the effect of autologous fat and Botulinum Toxin on facial reshape.Methods About 100U Botulinum Toxin type A was injected into the bilateral hypertrophied masseter （50U for each） and then the autologous fat was transferred into forehead,tempus,cheeks and low jaw simultaneously or by stages.Results A 1 to 12 months following up was performed on 56 patients postoperatively and the satisfactory rate was higher than 80.36％.Conclusion Combined fat transplantation and Botulinum Toxin in facial reshape has a promising future with mini-invasion,rapid recovery and good results.
