光老化过程中皮肤成纤维细胞的生物学改变 被引量:11

摘要 皮肤的光老化是指皮肤长期受到日光照射所引起的损害,表现为皮肤粗糙、增厚、松弛,深而粗的皱纹,局部有过度的色素沉着或毛细血管扩张[1],甚至可能出现各种良性或恶性肿瘤.光老化通常发生在长期暴露在日光的部位,如面部、颈部、耳朵、手背、前臂外侧面和小腿等.目前普遍认为,紫外线(ultraviolet,UV)是造成皮肤光老化的重要因素[2].实际上,日光中包含多种波长的光,其中UV是一种高能电磁波.UV按照其波长的长短,可以分为长波紫外线(UVA,波长320 ~ 400 nm)、中波紫外线(UVB,波长290 ~ 320 nm)和短波紫外线(UVC,波长<290 nm).阳光中UV含量最多的是UVA(约占阳光的5.6%),远超过UVB的含量(约占阳光中的0.15%)[3].UVA中光子的能量小,但是穿透力强,能够达到真皮网状层或更深.在皮肤白皙的人群中,日光中35%~50%的UVA,可以穿透真皮层,<10%的UVB,可以穿透真皮层[4].UVB中光子能量大,但穿透力不强,通常大部分UVB被皮肤的表皮层吸收,仅很少部分到达真皮层.UVC因为大气臭氧层的阻隔,到达皮肤的含量甚微.因此,笔者主要集中阐述UVA和UVB对皮肤的损伤及其机制.
