PICCO指导创伤性休克患者复苏的临床研究 被引量:12

摘要 随着我国社会经济的发展,交通伤等意外伤害导致的严重多发伤日益增多,其中50% ~ 70%并发创伤性休克,创伤性休克是严重多发伤早期致死的主要原因之一.创伤性休克的病理生理过程具有特殊性,休克原因和血流动力学变化非常复杂,常规监测很难反映其全貌.PICCO是一项全新的脉波轮廓连续心排血量与经肺温度稀释心排量联合应用的技术,能精确、连续监测心排量、外周血管阻力、血管外肺水、平均动脉压及全心血容积等变化,目前它对于指导感染性休克救治研究较多、效果较好,可是PICCO对于指导创伤性休克救治的研究缺乏.因此,本科开展创伤性休克的患者在PICCO指导下进行休克救治的临床研究,并且取得了较好的临床疗效.
