膀胱癌合并良性前列腺增生不宜同期行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术+经尿道前列腺电切术 被引量：16

摘要 膀胱癌是我国泌尿外科临床上最常见的肿瘤之一，经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术（transurethralresectionofbladdertumor，TURBT）既是非肌层浸润型膀胱癌的重要诊断方法，同时也是主要的治疗手段口[1]。良性前列腺增生（benignprostatichyperplasia，BPH）是引起中老年男性排尿障碍最为常见的一种良性疾病[2]，经尿道前列腺电切术（transurethralresectionoftheprostate，TURP）目前仍是BPH治疗的金标准。
