手助腹腔镜在结肠直肠癌根治术中的应用及评价 被引量：3

摘要 自1990年腹腔镜手术应用于结肠直肠肿瘤治疗以来,其临床益处已得到越来越多的证据证实。但腹腔镜技术对于外科医师来说仍是一种挑战。手助腹腔镜手术（hand-assisted laparscopic surgery,HALS）以其安全、操作简便、容易掌握等优点,受到广大临床医师的推崇。本研究回顾性分析我院自2011年8月开展HALS结肠直肠癌手术以来的临床病例资料,与同期传统开腹结肠直肠癌手术进行比较,评价HALS术式的近期疗效,现报告如下。
