摘要
目的：通过对处方点评结果进行分析，了解我院处方用药情况，提高处方质量，促进合理用药。方法随机抽查我院2013年1~12月1200张处方，进行点评、分析。结果平均每张处方用药2.67种，注射剂及抗菌药物的使用率分别为18.91%、23.50%，不合格处方124张，占处方总数的10.3%。结论门诊处方存在许多不合理之处，不规范处方和用药不适宜处方比例较高，需加强相关医护人员进行理论知识教育，提高临床合理用药水平。
Objective To investigate the quality of outpatient prescriptions in our hospitalthrough the analysis of the prescription comments, so as to improve the quality of prescriptions, and promote the rational useof drugs. Methods A random check of 1200 outpatient prescriptions was givencommentand analyzed. Results The average number of drugs per prescription was 2.67,the percentage of injections and antibiotics prescribed were 18.91% and 23.50%respectively.124 prescriptions were unqualified,accounting for 10.3% of the total number of prescriptions. Conclusion There are many unreasonable prescriptions,the ratio of unqualified prescriptions and inappropriate prescriptionsis higher. needed to strengthen the relevant staffknowledge education,improve the level of clinical rational use of drugs.
