医院妇产科临床个性化护理实践

Practice of clinical personalized nursing care in the department of gynecology and obstetrics

目的：研究个性化护理在医院妇产科临床护理的应用价值。方法选取50例2013年1～6月来我院进行诊治的妇产科患者，将其随机分成对照组与试验组，每组各25例。对照组的患者采用常规的护理方法，试验组患者采用个性化的护理方案。将试验组与对照组两组产科患者的治疗依从性与妇科患者护理前后情绪度进行分析与对比。结果在50例妇产科患者中，对照组与试验组的治疗依从性以及情绪度都存在明显差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论提高妇产科患者的个性化护理水平，不仅可以明显提升妇产科患者护理效果满意度，而且还可以提高护理质量，降低医疗事故的发生概率，具有极其深远的意义。

Objective To explore the application value of personalized nursing care in clinical nursing care in the department of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods 50 patients who were diagnosed and treated in the department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2013 were selected and randomly allocated to a control group and an experimental group, with 25 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received regular nursing care, and patients in the experimental group received personalized nursing care. Treatment compliance in the two groups, as well as patients＆#39; emotional conditions before and after the nursing care were analyzed and compared. Results Among the 50 patients in the department of gynecology and obstetrics, treatment compliance and emotional conditions in the two groups were significantly different, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Improvement of personalized nursing care for patients in the department of gynecology and obstetrics not only significantly enhances patients＆#39; satisfaction towards nursing effects, but also improves nursing quality and reduces incidence of medical accidents, which is of great significance.
