家庭护理对COPD患者自护能力、负面情绪和整体生活质量的影响

Effects of home care for self-care ability, negative mood and overall quality of life in patients with COPD

目的：探讨家庭护理对COPD患者自护能力、负面情绪和整体生活质量的影响。方法将2011年3月～2013年9月期间我院呼吸科收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者纳入研究，根据护理方法不同分为给予常规护理的对照组和给予常规护理联合家庭护理的观察组。比较两组患者的自护能力、负面情绪和整体生活质量。结果（1）自护能力：观察组患者的健康知识、自我概念、自护责任感、自我护理技能及自我护理能力总评分均高于对照组；（2）负面情绪：观察组患者的HAMA、HAMD、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组；（3）整体生活质量：观察组患者的自我实现、健康责任、运动、营养、人际关系、应对压力评分均高于对照组。结论家庭护理有助于提高自护能力、缓解负面情绪、改善整体生活质量，是COPD患者理想的护理方法。

Objective To discuss effects of home care for self-care ability, negative mood and overall quality of life in patients with COPD. Methods Select from March 2011 to September 2013 Respiratory admitted to our hospital with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients for the study, were selected into control group with normal nursing and observation group with normal nursing combined with home care according to nursing methods. Self-care ability, negative mood and overall quality of life of two groups were compared. Results（ 1）Selfcare ability： total score of health knowledge, self-concept, self-care responsibility, self-care and self-care skills of the patients of observation group were higher than the control group;（ 2）Negative mood： HAMA、HAMD、SAS、SDS score of observation group were lower than the control group;（ 3）Overall quality of life： self-actualization, health responsibility, exercise, nutrition, relationships, coping with stress scores of observation group were higher than the control group. Conclusion Home care helps to improve self-care ability, relieve negative emotions, improve the overall quality of life, which is the ideal methods of care for patients with COP.
