闭塞性动脉硬化症中医体质分布特点与相关影响因素研究

Preliminary Study on TCM Constitution Characteristics and Related Factors Affecting with Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

目的：探讨闭塞性动脉硬化症患者体质分布特点及其与相关影响因素的关系。方法：对243例闭塞性动脉硬化症患者进行体质调查,探讨其体质分布特点及其与性别、年龄、伴发疾病、体质指数、腰臀比、证型的关系。结果：⑴偏颇体质多于平和质,兼夹多于单一偏颇体质;阳虚质、气虚质、痰湿质是最常见的体质类型;虚实夹杂多于虚性、实性体质（P〈0.01）。⑵男性患者多见阳虚质,女性多见气虚质;40～59岁患者以痰湿质为主,60～79岁及以上者均以阳虚质为主;伴发高血压病患者多见阳虚质,伴发糖尿病、冠心病、脑血管病、高脂血症者均多见气虚质;超重患者以阳虚质为主,肥胖者以痰湿质为主;男性腹型肥胖患者多见阳虚质,女性腹型肥胖者多见气虚质;血瘀型患者以阳虚质为主,湿热型患者以气虚质为主（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论：兼夹偏颇、虚实夹杂体质是闭塞性动脉硬化症体质分布特点,最常见的体质类型为阳虚质、气虚质、痰湿质,且因性别、年龄、伴发疾病、体质指数、腰臀比、证型的不同而排序不同。

Objective To explore the relationship of TCM constitution characteristics and the related factors affecting with arteriosclerosis obliterans ASO patients. Methods The constitution distribution characteristics of 243 patients with ASO were studied and the relationship between the constitutional type and genderagecombining diseasesbody mass index（BMI）waist to hip ratioWHRand syndrome types analyzed. Results ⑴Unbalanced constitution was in the majority than peace qualitative constitutionand miscellaneous constitutions showed more than a single unbalanced constitutionthe most common constitutions were Yang-hypoactive（YH）qualityQi-deficientQDquality and phlegm-dampness（PD） qualitymiscellaneous deficiency solid constitution showed more than deficient constitution and solid constitutionP〈0.01）⑵Men showed more YH qualitywhile women showed more QD qualityPeople between 40～59 years old showed more PD quality, while people between 60～79 years old see more YH qualityMost of patiernts associated with hypertension were of YH qualitywhile most of patiernts associated with diabetescoronary heart diseasecerebrovascular disease and hyperlipidemia were of QD qualityMost overweight people were of YH quality and obesity were of PD qualityAbdominal obesity men and women respectively showed more YH quality and QD qualityMost of the stagnant blood constitutions showed YH qualitymost of the damp-heat constitutions showed QD quality（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）Conclusion Miscellaneous unbalanced constitution and miscellaneous deficiency and solid constitution were the constitution characteristics of patients with ASOmost common constitutions were of YH qualityQD quality and PD qualityand different sortings because of different genders,ages,combining diseases,BMI,WHR and syndrome types.
