经瞳孔温热疗法治疗孤立性脉络膜血管瘤的疗效观察 被引量:2

Therapeutic Effect of Transpupillary Thermotherapy on Circumscribed Choroidal Hemangioma

摘要 目的观察经瞳孔温热疗法(TTT)治疗孤立性脉络膜血管瘤的疗效。方法回顾分析2011年12月-2012年12月收治的16例孤立性脉络膜血管瘤患者16只患眼TTT治疗前后眼底照相、眼底荧光素血管造影、B型超声等临床资料。随访6~24个月,平均随访14个月。结果 8例伴有渗出性视网膜脱离的患者经治疗后周边液体完全吸收6例,部分吸收2例。治疗后视力不变者4例、提高者12例。治疗后B型超声显示12例瘤体厚度较治疗前明显降低。16例患者复查荧光素眼底血管造影检查均可见瘤体的渗漏明显减轻或消失,未发现任何治疗并发症。结论 TTT是治疗脉络膜血管瘤的有效方法。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of transpupillary thermotherapy(TTT) on patient with circumscribed choroidal hemangioma(CCH). Methods The clinical data of 16 patients(16 eyes) with circumscribed choroidal hemangioma(CCH) from December 2011 to December 2012, which had been diagnosed by clinical general examination, fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA), and B-scanning ultrasound examination were retrospectively analyzed. The follow-up period was 6-24 months(mean 14 months). Results Among the 8 eyes with peripheral retinal detachment in 16 cases of CCH, the peripheral subretinal fluid was completely absorbed in 6 eyes, and partially absorbed in 2 eyes after TTT. The resultant visual acuity after treatment improved in 12 eyes, and maintained no change in 4 eyes. The results of B-scanning ultrasound examination showed that the thickness of tumor went down in 12 eyes obviously. The results of FFA revealed a significant decrease of the leakage in tumor in all of 16 cases and no complication was observed. Conclusion TTT is an effective therapy for CCH.
