解读NIA-AA新理解对于阿尔茨海默病的二级预防理念影响 被引量：13

摘要 阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer＇s disease,AD）的临床诊断标准始于1984年美国国立神经病、语言交流障碍和卒中研究所-阿尔茨海默病及相关疾病研究学会（the National Institute of Neurological and Communicative Disorders and Stroke and the Alzheimer＇s Disease and Related Disorders Association,NINCDS-ADRDA）版本[1].20多年过去了,随着人们对于AD疾病的理解以及对其病理生理过程检测能力的提高,对于疾病的临床谱的概念发生了翻天覆地的变化[2,3].鉴于此,美国国立衰老研究院和阿尔茨海默病协会（National Institute on Aging and Alzheimer＇s Association,NIA-AA）于2011年对AD诊断提出了临床与研究用的双重标准.
