摘要
以某型转管机枪为研究对象,以提高机枪射击精度为目标,设计三脚架后部的支撑连杆,并运用铰接缓冲式驻锄结构。通过建立机枪有限元模型分析计算其固有特性;建立机枪系统刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,获得机枪射击时枪身与枪架固定位置及枪口响应特性曲线。分析仿真结果并与原结构对比表明,改进枪架与驻锄结构后能有效降低枪口左右、上下方向振动,有利于机枪射击精度提高。
Taking a certain type of Gatling gun into account,the support rod of tripod was designed and a hingedbuffer type spade was applied in order to improve the firing accuracy. A finite element model of the gun was established to analyze its inherent characteristics; and a virtual prototype model of multiple rigid-body coupled with flexible-body was established to obtain the fixed fulcrum of gun and tripod and the muzzle dynamic response characteristics in the firing process. The results were analyzed and compared with those of the original structure. It is proved that the improved structure can effectively reduce the vibration in the Z and Y directions,thereby the firing accuracy is well improved.
