夹心式PVDF压力传感器压电特性及标定装置研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用SHPB(Split Hopkinson pressure bar)装置对传统夹心式聚偏氟乙烯(Polyvinylidene Fluoride,PVDF)压力计进行标定实验,分析导线厚度、搭接方式及敏感元件面积等因素对压力计灵敏度影响。基于实验、分析结果,改进夹心式PVDF压力计,使其具有线性度高与灵敏度系数离散性小等优点,经标定实验获得灵敏度系数32.9 pC/N。由于自制PVDF压力计灵敏系数受多种因素影响,建议使用前对其进行工况压力范围内标定。为便于灵敏度标定实验,设计制作立式Hopkinson压杆,在一定压力范围(10~160 MPa)内对PVDF压力计进行标定实验。 The sensitivity coefficient of sandwich polyvinylidene fluoride( PVDF) pressure gauge was studied through a series of calibration experiments by using SHPB apparatus,the effects of thickness and lap joint style of conducting wire and area of sensitive element on the sensitivity coefficient were discussed. Based on the test results and the discussion,improvement measures were applied to improve the linearity and decrease the discreteness of sensitivity coefficient of sandwich PVDF pressure gauge. According to the tests,the fitted sensitivity coefficient is 32. 9 pC /N.However,the sensitivity coefficient is affected by many factors,it is recommended that the gauge should be calibrated in the pressure range which is compatible with the actual working conditions. To facilitate calibration,a vertical Hopkinson pressure bar apparatus which can effectively calibrate PVDF pressure gauge in a limited pressure range( 10 ~ 160 MPa)was designed and performed.
