摘要
依据第三期中国妇女社会地位调查中的福建样本数据,在描述福建省妇女社会保障发展状况及其性别特质的基础上,探讨妇女社会保障获得的影响因素。Logistic回归分析表明,性别、年龄、户籍、受教育程度、收入、就业、职业特征、工作单位、劳动合同签订情况等因素都不同程度地影响着妇女社会保障的实现。对此,需要在强化制度保障的同时,注重提高妇女人力资本存量,发挥妇女工作优势,推进妇女社会保障的发展。
According to the third national survey on the status of Chinese women in Fujian,the paper describes the women's social security development and the gender characteristics,and based on these,it discusses the influential factors of obtaining women's social security.Logistic-regression models showed that many factors impacted the realization of women's social security in different extent,such as gender,age,residence,education level,income,state of employment,occupation,working unit,labor contract and so on.It's very important to provide women's social security with systemic warrant.At the same time,it's also necessary to pay more attention to the improvement of human capital stock of women and give full play to women's work advantage to promote the development of women's social security.
