Analysis on Risk Monitoring of Public Opinion on Internet toward Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products

农产品质量安全网络舆情风险监控具有复杂的社会系统特征,应用霍尔三维结构的系统工程方法论,可以构建农产品质量安全网络舆情风险监控的时间维、逻辑维和知识维三维结构模型。其中时间维分为6个阶段,逻辑维包括7个步骤,知识维涵盖7个领域。在三维结构分析的基础上,结合风险管理流程,从风险识别、风险衡量、风险分析和风险应对四个环节,提出农产品质量安全网络舆情风险监控措施。

The risk monitoring of public opinion on internet toward the quality and safety of agricultural products has the characteristics of complex social systems. Applying the system engineering methodology of Hall＇s three dimensional structure,the author builds a three-dimensional structure model of the risk monitoring of public opinion on internet toward the quality and safety of agricultural products,including time dimension,logic dimension and knowledge dimension.The time dimension is divided into six stages,the logic dimension includes seven steps and the knowledge dimension includes seven areas.Based on the analysis of the three-dimensional structure,the measures of risk monitoring of public opinion on Internet toward the quality of agricultural products are put forward from the four stages：risk identification,risk measurement,risk analysis and risk response.
