摘要 在油气井固井作业中需要使用油井水泥外加剂来控制、改善水泥浆的流变性能和水泥的水化、凝结性能,提高水泥石的综合性能,保证固井质量。大量的实践表明,保证固井质量的关键之一是固井水泥浆的良好性能。而固井水泥浆的良好性能取决于水泥浆和水泥浆外加剂的性能。主要研究自制复合型油井水泥早强剂LL与实验室自制油井水泥缓凝剂MAM,分散剂FASA,降失水剂AS的配伍性规律。按照中国石油天然气行业标准SY/T5504.4-2008,SY/T5504.1-2005,SY/T5504.3-2008和SY/T5504.2-2005,测试水泥浆性能,最后进行早强水泥浆体系性能测试,通过配方1抚顺G级油井水泥+2.5%早强剂LL和配方2抚顺G级水泥+2.5%早强剂LL+1.0%缓凝剂MAM+0.5%分散剂FASA+1.0%降失水剂AS的水泥浆性能比较,结果表明,早强剂LL分别加入缓凝剂MAM,分散剂FASA,降失水剂AS后水泥浆性能均能达到相关行业标准,配伍性良好,并且早强水泥浆体系性能稳定,测得的稠化时间略有加长,初始稠度较低,抗压强度降低,能够满足固井的各项指标的要求。 During the process of oil and gas well cementing operation, oil well cement additives need be used to control and improve the rheological properties of cement slurry and cement hydration, to ensure the cementing quality. A large number of practices show that one of the keys to ensure the quality of cementing is the good performance of cement slurry. But good performance of cement slurry depends on the performances of cement slurry and additives. In this paper, the compatibility rule of homemade well composite cement early strength agent LL with laboratory-made oil well cement retarder MAM, dispersants FASA, and fluid loss AS was studied. According to China national petroleum industry standards SY/T5504.4-2008, SY/T5504.1-2005,SY/T5504.3-2008 and SY/T5504.2-2005, the cement slurry performance was tested;finally performance test of the early strength cement slurry system was carried out. The cement slurry performances of formula 1(Fushun class G oil well cement+early strength agent LL 2.5%) and formula 2 (Fushun class G oil well cement+early strength agent LL 2.5%+retarder MAM 1.0%+dispersants FASA 0.5%+fluid loss AS 1.0%) were compared. The results show that, after adding early strength agent LL, retarder MAM, dispersants FASA, fluid loss AS, the performance of cement slurry can meet the relevant industry standards, and the performance of early strength cement slurry is stable, measured thickening time is lengthened slightly, the initial consistency is lower, the compressive strength is lower, it is able to meet the requirements of various indicators in well cementing.
