摘要 对上海石油化工研究院研制的阴离子/非离子表面活性剂进行了相关方面的适用性评价,通过岩心模拟驱替实验研究了改善驱油效果的能力。评价结果表明:该表面活性剂与明15块注入水具有良好的配伍性;降低界面张力能力显著,推荐使用的浓度范围为0.05%~0.30%;地层温度条件下,可稳定65d;65℃时经过150min达到析水平衡且析水率仅为60%,乳化能力较好;吸附量均在2.0mg/g左右,抗吸附能力良好。模拟驱替实验表明:使水驱采收率提高约12%,最终采收率达到42%,驱油效率显著,具有较好的经济效益。 The applicability of anionic/nonionic surfactant developed by Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology was evaluated, and its ability of improving the flooding performance was studied through simulative core flooding experiments. The evaluating results show that:the surfactant has a good compatibility with Ming 15 injected water;it can reduce the interfacial tension remarkably with a recommended concentration range of 0.05%to 0.30%;its thermal stability is up to 65 d under the condition of formation temperature;it has outstanding ability of emulsification;it has excellent anti-adsorption capacity. Flooding simulation experiments show that:the water flooding recovery can be enhanced by about 12%and its ultimate recovery is 42%, it has significant oil displacement efficiency, which also means better economic benefits.
