摘要
预加氢是对粗石脑油进行预处理,给重整反应提供合格精制油。随着运行时间延长,预加氢系统压降过大,这成为连续重整装置高负荷生产的瓶颈。针对这一问题对反应器床层上部催化剂进行了过筛处理,加热炉炉管进行爆破吹扫等一系列的处理。结果表明:预加氢反应系统压降大大降低,预加氢燃料气用量大幅度降低;同时,装置加工量大幅度上升,保证了下游重整装置有充足的精制石脑油。
Naphtha pre-hydrotreating provides refined oil to the reforming reaction. The pressure drop of pre-hydrogenation system was increase with running prolonged.And this limits the production load of CCR. To solve this problem, the upper part of the catalyst bed reactors were sieved, blasting purge of furnace tube a series of processing. The results show:the pressure drop of pre-hydrogenation system was greatly reduced, with significantly reduce the amount of fuel gas pre-hydrogenation;At the same time the production load increased significantly. Ensured adequate purified naphtha for CCR.
