Analysis of Desiccant Drying Process During Commissioning of Natural Gas Pipeline

干燥剂法干燥投产在陆上和海底输气管道投产中应用较为普遍。清管器的运行控制是干燥过程的一个重点和难点,必须准确的估算清管器运行压降,同时干燥剂的窜漏量也是一个十分关注的参数。概述了干燥剂法干燥工艺过程,重点分析清管器运行压降和窜漏量的理论计算方法,为干燥设计和施工操作提供了理论指导与依据。

Desiccant drying method in onshore and offshore commissioning is generally used. The speed control of pigs is a key point and a difficulty point in the drying process. So the pressure drop of pigs during running should be estimated accurately, and the amount of blowing desiccant is concerned by operators on the site. In this paper, the process of desiccant drying was described, and the theoretical calculation methods of the pressure drop and the amount of blowing desiccant during the running of pigs were proposed, which could provide theoretical guidance to design and operation of the drying process.
