摘要
阐述了苯乙烯的现状并分析装置脱氢尾气的价值。重点对绝热脱氢法中粗苯乙烯塔进行了模拟设计和优化。通过Aspen Plus软件的模拟,建立了一套脱氢尾气吸收系统,并且探讨了吸收塔的影响因素,确立了最优工况,对实际工业生产起到一定的指导作用。
Current conditions of styrene production were introduced. And values of dehydrogenation tail gas from the unit were analyzed. Simulation and optimization of crude styrene tower with the thermal insulation process were discussed. Through utilizing Aspen Plus software for modeling the process, a set of dehydrogenation tail gas absorption system was built. And factors to affect the absorption tower operation were analyzed, the best operation conditions were determined, which could provide a theory guide to the practical production.
