摘要
运用Fluent软件中的DPM模型对含少量液滴的气体在三通管中的冲蚀情况进行数值模拟,通过模拟实验分析三通管中冲蚀比较严重部位。结果证明在速度相同的情况下,流体对三通管的冲蚀磨损作用随着液滴含量的增加而增大;在液滴含量相同的情况下,流体对三通管的冲蚀磨损作用随着流体入口速度的增大而增大。
The numerical simulation on erosion during the air containing less droplets entering into tee pipes was studied by using DPM model in Fluent software. Through simulation experiments, the site of more serious erosion was found out. The results show that, at the same speed, the erosion rate of the tee increases with the increasing of droplet amount;when the droplet amount is the same, the rate of erosion increases with the increasing of inlet fluid velocity.
