摘要
我国高速城市化进程对城市水文调节能力造成了巨大压力,提高城市雨洪管理水平成为焦点问题。本文以福州江北城区为例,基于对洪涝灾害成因的探究,从暴雨水产流、汇集和传输三个阶段有针对性地提出雨洪管理措施及布局,并进一步对该区雨洪措施的总体空间规划结构提出构建方案。
Currently, the rapid development of urbanization in China has imposed huge pressure on the city's hydrological regulation capability. Hence, how to improve storm-water management becomes a great concern of China's cities. Taking Jiangbei District of Fuzhou as an example, the authors propose some storm-water management measurements and the suggested layout respectively targeting at runoff producing stage, runoff collecting stage, and runoff conveying stage based on the causal analysis of flooding. Moreover, this paper further discusses the general spatial reconfiguration schemes of the above mentioned storm-water management.
