摘要
定量分析数控机床的可靠性对于数控机床的生产企业或者使用者来说,都有非常重要的现实意义。本文通过研究数控机床的可靠性指标,将数控机床的可靠性指标与其极值比较,建立数控机床可靠性的定量评价数学模型。我们在该模型中,用极值分布计算可靠性指标的极值,并用变异系数法确定指标的权重。试验数据的计算结果表明,该可靠性评价模型是合理可行的。
Quantitatively analyzing reliability of numerically-controlled machine tools have vital practical significance both for their manufacturing enterprises and users. Via studying reliability indexes of numerically-controlled machine tools and comparing these indexes with their extremum,a mathematical model is established to evaluate reliability of machine tools. In this model,extremum distribution is introduced to calculate extremum of indexes,and coefficient of variation is also used to determine weight of indexes. Result of experimental data indicates that this model was rational and feasible to evaluate reliability of machine tools.
