摘要
纵封辊是四边封包装机纵向封合的执行构件,其内部装有加热器和热电偶,对包装材料具有挤压、封合及牵引的功能。由于不同包装材料对封合温度的要求不同,同时为了避免调试过程中包材及时间的浪费,需要对加热器作用下纵封辊的温度曲线进行研究。研究结果不仅从理论方面说明了用检测的加热器温度来反映纵封辊温度的合理性,而且也便于实际生产中对纵封辊温度曲线规律的控制和利用。
Vertical sealing rollers equipped with internal heater and thermocouple are executive members of completing longitudinal sealing for the four-sides sealing packing machine.They have the function of extrusion,sealing and traction for packing materials.Due to different materials having different requirements to the sealing temperature,and in order to avoid wasting packing materials and time during debugging,a study of vertical sealing rollers' temperature curve is really needed.The results not only explain the rationality of using heater's temperature to reflect the vertical sealing rollers' in theory,but also are convenient to control and utilize temperature curve in the actual production.
