脉冲电磁场对La改性γ-Al_2O_3性质的影响

摘要 在脉冲电磁场作用下采用溶胶凝胶法制备了La改性γ-Al2O3载体,利用BET、SEM、IR和XRD等方法对所制备的样品进行了表征。研究了脉冲电磁场对所制备的La改性γ-Al2O3载体样品的物理性能以及高温热稳定性的影响。结果表明,脉冲电磁场处理条件下,La改性γ-Al2O3载体孔容增大了40.0%,比表面积增加了23.7%,而且由于La化合物的均匀分散使载体表面的羟基覆盖量增加,载体的高温热稳定性明显提高。 La modified γ-Al2O3 support samples were prepared by sol-gel method under the action of a pulsed electromagnetic field(PEMF).The physical properties and thermal stability of samples concerned under PEMF were studied and characterized by N2 physisorption,scanning electron microscope,IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction techniques.Results show that the specific pore volume and specific surface area of La modified γ-Al2O3 sample with PEMF are increased by 40.0% and 23.7% respectively as compared with γ-Al2O3 sample.Moreover,the amount of surface hydroxyl group covered on the surface of support increases because of evenly dispersed La compounds,and the high temperature thermal stability of samples treated by PEMF has been improved accordingly.
