摘要
随着波浪能发电装置研究的深入,急需探索一套可靠的、完善的波能装置状态信息采集和控制的技术方案。根据"鹰式一号"波能装置的特点,开发了通过无线串口通信的移动PC监控子系统和基于DSP的具有数据存储功能的SD卡监控子系统两套独立的监控模块,实现了"鹰式一号"波能装置发电数据实时无线监控和装置内自动采集及存储。采用不同技术路线的冗余设计,提高了发电装置实海况实验监控系统的可靠性。实验表明,该系统性能稳定,运行成本低,两套数据实时、全面,具有互补性,对分析发电装置实海况性能、推动波浪能开发具有重要的意义。
With deepening research on wave energy converters(WEC), it is urgent to develop a reliable and sound data acquisition and device control technology for WEC. According to the characteristics of the "Sharp Eagle No.1" floating wave energy converter, two independent monitoring subsystems have been developed, including the mobile PC monitoring subsystem based on wireless serial port with the functions of real-time data acquisition and wireless communication, as well as the SD card monitoring subsystem based on DSP with the functions of automatic data acquisition and storage. The monitoring system achieves real-time wireless monitoring of power generation data as well as automatic data acquisition and storage in SD card in the converter for the "Sharp Eagle No.1".The redundancy design by adopting different technology roadmaps improves the reliability of WEC monitoring system in real sea tests. The experiment results show that the monitoring system is featured by stable performance and low operating costs. The two sets of data from the two monitoring subsystems are real-time, comprehensive and complementary. The research is of great significance for analyzing the real-sea performance of WEC and promoting the development of wave energy.
