摘要
以1%盐酸溶液为溶剂煎煮提取益母草中总生物碱,进行醇沉处理,再酸沉后,采用732阳离子交换树脂,进一步对上述益母草中生物碱的浓缩液进行分离纯化。以生物碱的沉淀反应、薄层层析法和分别以70%乙醇、0.5%盐酸甲醇、甲醇为溶剂进行紫外光谱扫描对其进行初步鉴定。结果表明:以5%氨水和70%乙醇为洗脱剂得到的2份干燥生物碱在硅胶薄层板上的展开情况基本相同,溶于3种溶剂的紫外图谱也基本一致。经5%氨水洗脱和用70%乙醇洗脱所得的生物碱所含成分相同且可能为同一种物质。
The paper considered to extract, isolate and identify alkaloids in Leonurus heterophyllus. The total alkaloids in Leonurus heterophyllus was extracted by 1% boiling hydrochloric acid solution. After alcohol precipitation, acid precipitation was carried out. Then the concentrateof alkaloids from Leonurus heterophyllus was further isolated and purified by means of 732 cation exchange resin. This thesis identified alkaloids in Leonurus heterophyllus initially by means of precipitation of alkaloids, thin layer chromatography and UV spectral scanning in three solvents, which were 70% ethanol, O. 5% hydrochloric acid methanol, and methanol. The alkaloids in Leonurus heterophyllus was eluted by the 5% ammonia and 70% ethanol, respectively, then was dried. The two dried alkaloids were expanded on the silica gel thin-layer board, whose situations were basically the same, and their UV spectrum dissolved in the three solvents was also consistent. The two alkaloids eluted with 5% ammonia and 70% ethanol might be derived from the same ingredients and contain the same substance.
