摘要
随着计算机在社会各领域的广泛应用,各行业在面向高校应届毕业生招聘时对应聘者的计算机应用能力提出了不同程度的要求。对于高校非计算机专业学生而言,在校期间唯一能系统学习计算机基础知识的课程是"大学计算机基础",如何使学生通过该课程的学习和训练,具备各行业对应聘者要求的计算机应用能力是各高校急需解决的问题。通过对多家校友企业的走访、发放用人单位、毕业生问卷调查,辅以网络资源收集等途径,充分了解了社会各行业计算机技能的需求,并将需求分层次纳入"大学计算机基础"课程相应教学模块,通过专门的训练提高学生应用计算机知识解决实际问题的能力,进而提高学生就业竞争力。
Computer technology is now widely used, and more computer application abilities are required. As a unique computer basic course, Fundamentals of Computer Applications is a required course in all domestic colleges and universities. All universities are responsible to take steps to improve students' computer application ability of solving actual problems. By interviews with companies, graduated students and comprehensive analysis of network resources, co,nputer applications ability required by different trades are fully realized. The hierarchical experiment reformation is based on these requirements and simulation test results to improve students' employment competitive power.
