摘要
高校实验技术人员在高校人员构成中占有很大比重,但是,高校实验技术人员工作量的考核一直没有一个公认的科学合理的办法。为了探索合理的实验技术人员评价方式,通过案例分析等方法并结合辽宁师范大学对实验技术人员实际考核情况,建立了MAAA评价体系,论述了该体系的构建原则、具体指标及实施过程,并对该体系的成效和不足进行了总结。
The experimental technicians take a great proportion in the university. But, there is no recognized rational criterion to assess the workload of laboratory technicians. In order to explore the reasonable experimental technical personnel evaluation methods, through the case analysis method and combining with the actual situation assessment of laboratory technicians in the Liaoning Normal University, the paper considers to establish the evaluation system by using MAAA, discusses the construction of the system of indicators principle and implementation process. Moreover, the achievements and shortcomings of the system are also summarized.
