摘要
通过分析海洋工程项目投标的主要工作,结合项目管理的相关知识,讨论如何通过项目管理的方法体系,提高投标工作的效率和质量,为从事海工项目经营投标工作的同行提供参考。
This paper analyzes the main work in the offshore engineering bidding, and discusses how to improve the effciency and quality of bidding through the project management system combined with relevant knowledge about the project management, which can provide references for the colleagues to bid for the offshore projects.
