西气东输入闽工程建设配套燃气电厂研究

Research on the Construction of Supporting Gas Power Plant for the Project of West-East Natural Gas Transmission to Fujian

根据西气东输三线入闽工程开工建设、新版天然气利用政策的实施,对配套建设燃气电厂的选点布局、必要性、经济性、投资环境、电力市场、建厂主要条件、工程设想和环境社会影响等进行了研究,得出了在龙岩配套建设燃气电厂是比较好的选择,也是必要和可行的,同时指出了目前还面临的问题和主要风险。

According to the construction of the project of three-line into Fujian Province of West-East natural gas transmission and the implementation of new policy for the utilization of natural gas, the site selection layout, necessity, economy, investment environment, electricity market, main construction conditions, project assumption, social and environmental impacts of the construction of supporting gas power plant were studied, from which it is drawn that constructing supporting gas power plant in Longyan is a better choice, which is necessary and feasible, and the problems and major risks currently faced are also pointed out.
