摘要
综述了餐厨垃圾的主要特征。从能源可持续发展和资源化利用的角度,重点介绍了物理法处理、好养堆肥、厌氧发酵和饲料化处理等技术的原理和优缺点。介绍餐厨垃圾资源化利用的研究进展,提出资源化处理的技术瓶颈。
The main features of kitchen garbage were summarized. In the sustainable development of energy and resource utilization point of view, the principle, advantages and disadvantages of the technologies of physical treatment, aerobic composting,anaerobic fermentation and feed processing technology were discussed. The research on the recycling utilization of kitchen garbage was introduced, and the technical bottleneck of resourceful treatment was proposed.
