兴海县赛什塘铜矿分选工艺实践研究

Practice Research on the Separation Process of Saishitang Copper Deposit in Xinghai County

通过对赛什塘铜矿矿石性质的分析,经过多年该铜矿分选试验研究,掌握了影响该铜矿分选效果的主要因素,进而确定了该铜矿分选流程和药剂条件,工业生产实践表明,采用该工艺各项生产技术指标较好,其中铜精矿品位达到了19.7%,铜回收率达到了89.3%。最后就提高赛什塘铜矿综合经济效益,提出了一些合理化建议。

Through the study on the ore properties and separation experiments of Saishitang Copper Deposit, the main factors of the separation are mastered, and the separation flow sheet and reagent system are determined. The practice shows that the process of the production and technical indicators is good, the grade of the copper concentrate reaches 19.7%, and copper recovery rate reaches 89.3%. Finally, some reasonable suggestions are put forward to improve the comprehensive economic benefits of Saishitang Copper Deposit.
