大中型绕线式电机滑环故障现象及解决方法

Slip Ring Failure of Large and Medium-Sized Wound-Rotor Motor and the Solutions

针对山西平朔煤矸石发电有限责任公司2×300 MW机组一次风机、二次风机、引风机配套的绕线式电机滑环与电刷的典型故障情况,通过观察不同故障及对其的解决办法,从各个方面分析了绕线式电机滑环和电刷故障的原因,并采取了相应处理措施,为今后工作及同类设备的维护工作提供借鉴。

Aiming at the typical failure of the slip ring and brush of the matching wound- rotor motor of the primary air fan,secondary air fan and induced draft fan of the 2 ×300 MW units of Pingshuo Gangue Power Generation Co., Ltd. of Shanxi Province, by observing the different failures and the solutions for them, the causes of the failure of the slip ring and brush of wound-rotor motor are analyzed from various aspects, and corresponding measures have been taken, to provide reference for future work and the maintenance of similar equipment.
