摘要 阐述了车身模态分析的定义,分析了影响车身局部低阶模态的因素。以汽车后地板结构为例,以模态/重量比最大化为优化目标,以实际工艺为约束条件,应用稳健性设计方法,并通过有限元模拟计算,对结果进行综合分析,得出基于理论、结合实际的有效提高局部模态的方法。 The definition of body modal analysis is expounded, and the factors influencing the local body of low order modal are analyzed. Taking the car rear floor structure as an example, the robust design method is applied and the finite element is simulated by the modal/weight optimization objectives, based on the practical constraints. The result is analyzed, and the method which is effective to improve local mode theory is got.
