摘要
运用系统分析图和鱼骨图,针对某车型(X车型)售后出现的镀铬表面的档位灯总成中的印制电路集成板因静电放电而导致的失效问题进行了系统的原因分析,通过结构优化解决了该问题;同时结合对该车型失效问题分析的结果及研究文献,提出了在汽车上使用印制集成电路板时的相关设计指导。
The root cause of certain car＇s shift indicator assembly failure caused by PCBAdamage is analyzed through System Analysis Chart and Fish-Bone Chart and the failure issue is solved through structure optimization. At the same time, some guideline for PCBA related component＇s design is summarized based on some reference paper and this indicator＇s failure analysis result.
