摘要
以某车型多连杆后悬架及整车操稳性能开发为例,描述整车动力学性能正向开发及验证过程。通过整车动力学目标分解技术的应用,实现了悬架设计及零部件特性最终确定;并通过运动学及弹性运动学悬架试验和整车动力学操控稳定性试验验证了前期的虚拟分析结果,完成了既定的车辆动力学开发目标。
Taking the muhilink suspension and handing performance development for example, the process of performance development and validation is described. Through the method how to break down the vehicle dynamic performance, the suspension and component performance target is set up. The virtual design results through the K&C test and handing test is validated, and the target is got.
