五酯片防治肺结核药物肝损害110例

The Curative Effect Observation of 200 Cases of Patients with Liver Injury due to Tuberculosis Medicine Prevented and Treated with Wuzhi Tablets

目的:观察五酯片防治肺结核药物肝损害的临床疗效。方法:将200例肺结核患者随机分为两组,对照组90例采用葡醛内酯片治疗,观察组110例采用葡醛内酯片联合五酯片防治,观察两组在抗结核治疗过程中发生肝损害的情况。结果:两组患者在抗结核的治疗过程中均有不同程度的肝损害,但观察组肝损害发生率为5.45%,与对照组的13.33%比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)分别升高(33.2±16.8)u·L-1、(40.8±15.2)u·L-1和(18.2±8.8)umol·L-1,与对照组的(52.1±15.9)u·L-1、(53.2±14.8)u·L-1和(25.2±8.6)umol·L-1比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五酯片防治肺结核药物肝损害疗效显著。

Objective：to observe the curative effeel of 200 cases of patients with liver injury due to tuherculosis（TB） medicine prevented and treated with Wuzhi Tablets. Methods ：200 cases of patients with TB were randomly divided into two groups：the contrnl grnup with 90 cases anti the observation group with 110 ones. The palients in the control group were treated with Glucurolactone Tablets,and the ones in the observation group were treated and prevented wilh Glueurolactone Tablets accompanied wilh Wuzhi Tablets. Results：During the treatment process, the patients in both groups suffered liver injury of various degrees, with 5. 45% of the occurrence rate in the observation group and 13.33% in the control group,and the difference had slatistieal significance（ P 〈 0.05）. What＇s more, blood serum liver function indexes such as ALT, AST and TBIL increased by 33.2 ± 16.8u·L-1 ,40.8 ± 15.2u ·L-1 and 18.2± 8.8umo·L-1 respectively in the ohservation group, while 52.1 ± 15.9u ·L-1 ,53.2 ± 14. 8u·L-1 and 25.2 ± 8.6umol ·L-1 respectively in the control group,and all these differences had slatistieal significance（ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion：Wuzhi Tablets has good curative effect in preventing and treating liver injury caused by TB medicine.
