摘要 随着油船共同结构规范(CSR)的推出,对油船的设计和开发影响很大,但业界讨论的大多是对规范实施中的变化、计算方法及计算工具等,如何详细分析评估油船结构节点的强度则较少提及。在此,基于CSR给出的油船结构节点细化分析的实施要求及衡准,以某5万吨级成品油船的槽形横舱壁顶凳底板与舷侧水平桁相交区域和槽形横、纵舱壁顶凳底板十字相交区域为例,对节点不同设计方案进行计算,经比较分析取得符合CSR的结构要求和衡准的设计方案。整个方案设计的过程及对油船典型节点的细化分析,可供同行在节点设计中参考。 The coming of oil tanker common structural rules (CSR) has brought large influence to the design and development of product carriers. But most attention is focused on the changes of the regulation, the calculation methods and tools, while few are related to the detailed analysis and evaluation of product carrier structural node strength. In this study, the joint region between the transverse corrugated bulkhead upper stool plate and the side horizontal truss, and the cross shape joint region between the transverse and the longitudinal corrugated bulkhead upper stool plates on a 50000dwt product carrier are taken as the examples, several designs of the structural nodes are calculated based on the CSR oil tanker structural nodes detail analysis implementation requirements and criteria, to obtain a satisfactory design that can meet the CSR structural requirements and criteria. The whole design process and the detail analysis of the product carrier typical nodes can provide some reference for the colleagues to design the nodes.
