摘要
将热化学与浮选法结合,应用于油泥的处理。在处理工艺试验中重点考察了温度、搅拌时间、搅拌速度、充气量等因素对油泥清洗效果的影响。试验结果表明:在温度60℃、搅拌时间30min、搅拌强度2 250r/min、充气量0.2L/min时,采用热化学浮选法对油泥的处理效果达到最佳,油泥中的残油量仅为2.8%。
Combining thermochemistry with flotation,this article use a method to deal with the oily slugde.The impacts cleaning effects by temperature,stirring time,stirring rate and inflating volume in treatment process were reviewed.The results indicated that the optimal treating effects were received under the conditions of 60℃,stirring time of 30 min and stirring rate of 2 250r/min,inflating volume of 0.2L/min.The residual oil content was only 2.8%.
