摘要
长庆油田部分油井硫化氢浓度超过GBZ 2.1-2007《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值化学有害因素》要求的10 mg/m^3,存在安全环保隐患,因此开展了油溶性脱硫剂研究.优选了有机醇胺脱硫主剂、互溶剂、表面活性剂;研究了反应速率、反应温度;实验了管道混合器脱硫剂加注工艺.通过研究形成了油溶性脱硫剂配方:脱硫剂S1加量为1.2倍硫化氢物质的量浓度,互溶剂W3加量为13%~15%S1,表面活性剂Q2加量为0.4%~0.6% S1,该脱硫剂在长庆油田8口油井开展了原油脱硫现场实验,治理后硫化氢浓度均降为0.
Some of the wells in Changqing Oilfield had secure and environmental hazards owing to the concentration of hydrogen sulfide beyond 10 mg/m3 stated in the standardOccupational Exposure Limits for Hazardous Agents in the Workplace'(GBZ 2.1—2007).Therefore oil-soluble desulfurizer was developed to solve the problem.Organic alkanolamine,solvent and surfactant were screened and reaction rate and temperature were studied.In the meanwhile,tests on the process of injection desulfurizer into pipe mixer were carried out.Finally the recipe of the oil-soluble desulfurizer S1 was determined.The recipe was the dosage of desulfurizer was 1.2times as much as the amount-of-substance concentration of hydrogen sulfide.The solvent and the surfactant relatively represented 13%~15%and 0.4%~0.6% of S1.The desulfurizer developed was applied in 8oil wells of Changqing Oilfield.After application the concentration of hydrogen sulfide was reduced to zero.
